Hosting standards

Travelers cross the world to reach Mongolia. These are the commitments every host on the platform makes to them.

Accurate listings

Photos must be of the actual property, vehicle, or experience. Prices, capacity, amenities, and location must match reality. Listings can't go live until they include a description, real photos, and a verified location.

Honor confirmed bookings

A confirmed booking is a commitment. Host cancellations hurt travelers who often planned an entire route around your dates — repeat cancellations lead to delisting.

Respond promptly

Answer booking requests and traveler messages quickly — within 24 hours. Stays using request-based confirmation should approve or decline before the request expires.

Keep payments on the platform

Never ask travelers to pay outside wemongolia.com. On-platform payment is what protects both sides — and what makes your payout enforceable.
