Cancellations & refunds

Policies are set per listing

Each host chooses their own cancellation policy — from free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in, through tiered windows (3, 7, or 14 days), to non-refundable rates. The policy is always shown on the listing page and at checkout before you pay.

How to cancel

Open the booking in Account → Trips and use the cancel option, or email info@wemongolia.com with your booking code. Your refund follows the listing's policy based on when you cancel.

If the host cancels

If a host cancels your confirmed booking, you receive a full refund — regardless of the listing's policy. We also track host cancellations and act on repeat offenders.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
